We are a family project of two apartment villas in the peaceful Zatoglav bay near Rogoznica. Years ago, we fell in love with the clear Adriatic Sea and the relaxed rhythm of Dalmatian fishing towns – so we built a place here that guests love to return to.
Together, Casa Žabka I and Casa Žabka II offer eight fully equipped apartments just 40–120 metres from the sea – with a heated pool, a Finnish sauna and a Mediterranean garden. We look after your comfort personally, year-round.
Our journey to Croatia began many years ago, when we fell under the spell of the clear Adriatic Sea, the Mediterranean climate and the relaxed lifestyle of the local fishing villages. For a long time we dreamed of building our own little home by the sea here, a place to escape the bustle of everyday life.
When we first visited the peaceful Zatoglav bay near Rogoznica, we knew immediately that we had found the right place. This little piece of paradise inspired us to create something exceptional – the Casa Žabka project.
Our goal was to create a holiday space offering guests the perfect comfort of home combined with premium services. After years of work and careful design, Casa Žabka I and Casa Žabka II today offer modern, luxurious accommodation just 40–120 metres from the beach, complemented by a heated pool, a Finnish sauna and a tranquil Mediterranean garden.
