Please read the important information about accommodation and reservations.

House rules

  • Check-in (arrival): from 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out (departure): by 10:00 a.m.
  • Minimum length of stay: 2 nights.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
  • Extra beds: Extra beds are available.
  • Non-smoking apartments: All apartments are non-smoking.
  • Minors: Alcohol may not be served to persons under 18 years of age.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
  • Swimming pool safety: For safety reasons, jumping into the swimming pool is prohibited.

Please respect the check-in and check-out times so that we can prepare every apartment with love and to the standard you are used to.

Fees and payment

  • Tourist tax: Not included in the accommodation price. Payable on site according to the current rates of the Rogoznica municipality (approx. €1.50 / adult / day).
  • Final cleaning: €60 / apartment (contractual fee at the end of the stay).
  • Dog fee: €30 per stay, per dog, regardless of weight. Advance notice is required. Payable on site.
  • Refundable deposit: A refundable cash deposit of €200 (or CZK 5,000) is required upon arrival to cover any damage to the property.
  • Deposit: A deposit paid in advance is required for a binding reservation.
