Renting a paddleboard or kayak with us is simple and worry-free – the equipment is ready for you right at Casa Žabka, and the sea is only a few dozen metres from the villa. Good to know before you set off

A few simple rules to keep your day on the water safe and carefree.

Rental rules

Paddleboard and kayak rental is ordered together with your accommodation booking. Prices are per day of rental.
We hand the equipment over to you right at Casa Žabka, and you return it to the same place at the end of the rental.
Please check the equipment before setting off and report any defects to us immediately on handover.
You use the equipment at your own responsibility. The renter is liable for damage, loss or theft during the rental period; normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
Children may use the equipment only under the supervision of an adult.

Safety on the water

Before setting off, familiarise yourself with your route, the weather forecast, the wind and sea currents.
Don't underestimate your gear: a buoyancy vest, enough fluids, your phone in a waterproof case and sunscreen.
Go out in pairs, or let others know where you are heading and for how long.
Keep an eye on your surroundings and keep a safe distance from swimmers and anchored boats.
Respect local signage and the rules for navigation near the coast, and don't venture unnecessarily far from the shore.
If a current starts carrying you away, don't fight it head-on – paddle diagonally towards the shore.
In a headwind, paddle on your knees to reduce wind resistance.
Boats and motorised vessels always have the right of way.
